Effortlessly create, customize, and manage events with a secure invitation system. Track guest lists and capture food preferences seamlessly for an enhanced planning experience.

While navigating event planning on platforms like Facebook, I noticed a crucial missing piece: gathering specific details from guests, like their food preferences, was quite challenging. This prompted the idea for EventHub—a platform designed to simplify creating and customizing questions, making it effortless to manage RSVPs. However, this need isn´t just for individuals; it extends to event companies as well. Working closely with event planners in my role as a graphic designer, I realized their struggle with existing platforms for hosting and tracking guest lists. EventHub is born from these observations and aims to be a user-friendly solution not just for individuals but also for event companies.
